In house IT support can prove expensive and is often required on an ad hoc basis rather than at regular times of the day or week. If you need support for your staff at the end of a telephone, the Logic help desk can provide an answer to all your technical queries.
Whether you simply require a little additional support for your own IT staff or need us to act as your sole point of enquiry, removing the need for you to employ a member of staff yourself, we will be there to offer our support.
Using remote connections to your PC or server, we can resolve most of your issues without the need to visit you on-site.
We train our staff to explain technical issues in a manner appropriate to the knowledge and understanding of each client. If you know a thing or two, we won’t patronise you, but if you don’t you can be sure that we will explain things in a straightforward way that you can understand.
