In house IT support can prove expensive and is often required on an ad hoc basis rather than at regular times of the day or week. If you need support for your staff at the end of a telephone, the Logic help desk can provide an answer to all your technical queries.

Whether you simply require a little additional support for your own IT staff or need us to act as your sole point of enquiry, removing the need for you to employ a member of staff yourself, we will be there to offer our support.

Using remote connections to your PC or server, we can resolve most of your issues without the need to visit you on-site.

We train our staff to explain technical issues in a manner appropriate to the knowledge and understanding of each client. If you know a thing or two, we won’t patronise you, but if you don’t you can be sure that we will explain things in a straightforward way that you can understand.

All calls are logged on our call database so that we can record your call details and ensure your query is resolved to your satisfaction. 

Whatever level of assistance you require we can offer a solution. For users requiring a high level of regular support, we can arrange a monthly payment plan allowing unlimited support during office opening hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you require a minimal amount of support, for example to cover staff holidays or sickness, then we offer our support on a pay as you go basis. You don’t need to arrange this in advance and can call us when you need to, however small your query (charges will be agreed before support is provided).
