We joined with Logic in February 2014, we purchased a full suite of I.T equipment from Logic, a total of six base units and monitors and they were ordered, supplied and up and running with maximum efficiency. We first approached Logic when we are struggling with server and related IT problems. Our previous IT company hadn’t installed our server properly and John and his team came to the rescue; working through all of the problems, of which there were many and generally getting our IT back on track.

We first became aware of Logic when we were looking for alternative IT Support consultants. At the time we had been battling with some very old computer technology and very unsatisfactory ad hoc IT support.
What first struck us was the totally professional approach of Logic and their abililty to quickly understand our business needs. They helped us identify the right replacement system and installation couldn’t have been simpler – there was almost no impact on the working processes whilst this took place. The new system had to be configured to an existing MS Dos based database and BACS transfer system. Again this was all carried out with the minimal amount of disruption.
Today, we now enjoy the total remote support package provided by Logic and the peace of mind that someone is monitoring our systems 24 hrs a day and that whatever the problem help is at hand.
We cannot recommend Logic highly enough and wonder how we ever managed without them.
